The Book Bindery

Firstly, “The Book Bindery” – This creation is intended to to serve as a memorial to my beloved grandfather Aharon Carmi, whom I miss so much. Aharon also had many hats, and one of them was the fine ancient art of book binding. Secondly, as a kid I loved those days when he took me to the book bindery, and guided me through the process of his craft. It is fascinating and the smell of the glue is incredible. Finally, I love you. May you rest in peace. And until we meet again, I’d like to let you know how grateful and blessed I feel every day, that you were a part of my life. You still have such a positive influence over me.
