Secondly, According to Chinese Medicine, the heart is the home of the “Shen” energy. It is the center of our emotions. It is healthy to open our hearts and give it the opportunity to feel and process each emotion. Through our emotions we can be more creative and loving. Finally, I think this piece goes well with the song “Moby – Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?“.
